The fast-paced and high-pressure world of information technology can take a toll on even the most seasoned professionals. At our December Learning Over Lunch event, Caleb Boston from Beyond Healing will give us practical tips and techniques for managing workplace stress in healthy and productive ways.

Topics covered include:

- Understanding the causes and effects of workplace stress for IT professionals - long hours, tight deadlines, technical frustrations, demanding clients, and more.

- Learning to recognize the symptoms and warning signs of job burnout such as exhaustion, cynicism, declining performance, and lack of engagement.

- Developing personal stress management strategies including exercise, relaxation techniques, proper sleep habits, and taking regular breaks during the workday.

- Building resilience through self-care, developing a support system, and cultivating positive thinking and mindset shifts.

Whether you're a network engineer, IT project manager, help desk technician, or cybersecurity analyst, this seminar will provide you with a toolbox of techniques for staying engaged, productive, and energized in your technology career.

Caleb Boston with Beyond Healing has a passion for integrating body-based, nervous system informed, and developmentally-sensitive interventions into his clinical practice to help clients see the adaptability of their mind and the beautiful potential for healing. He graduated from Evangel University with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is trained in EMDR and other trauma focused therapy approaches.
